Rooted Rituals: Create your own calm practice

Slow down, get grounded, and create small rituals you can return to again and again.

In this guided mindfulness experience, we’ll explore how tending to your plants, one mini-moment at a time, can become a small daily practice of presence—an intentional pause in the middle of busy life.

Through reflection, sensory awareness, and hands-on plant care, you’ll create your own mini ritual to bring more calm, attention, and ease into your everyday life.

You’ll leave with a new plant, a personalized care ritual, and the remembrance that even a few intentional minutes can shift your whole day.

No plant experience—or meditation experience—needed.
