Shadow and Sound with Jaime Kline

Join us for Shadow & Sound, an October sound bath hosted among the plants at Thrive Sanctuary, where roots reach down into the dark while leaves stretch up toward the light.

We'll explore that same light and shadow together, following nature's cues to turn inward and meet what's hidden alongside what's seen.  Crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes will fill the space with tones that move between low and bright, dark and light, creating a sanctuary for stillness and inward exploration. 

Come get comfortable and let the sound carry you to those hidden places, illuminated with vibration.

Participants should bring a yoga mat, small pillow, and anything else needed to be comfortable during the experience.  

What is a sound bath?  A sound bath is an immersive listening experience where frequencies harmonize with the body and mind, creating an environment for rest, relaxation, and energetic release.
